This week I have three special Valentines themed posts for you. Today I’m so excited to share our super simple Valentines Day table with you. We have some family Valentines Day traditions we do with the kids every year, I’ll share those on the next post, but I set up this table in the backyard in preparation of that.
The main elements of the table is the graphic table cloth and the vibrant pink tulips. The table cloth isn’t actually a tablecloth its two yards of a new fabric that Ikea is carrying. You can only get it in store, in the fabric by the yard section. With two yards I was able to cover the table.
I picked up the flowers at Trader Joe’s, they have the best prices for fresh flowers. And to make more of a statement set it on a copper tray.
GET THE LOOK
February in California usually has some beautiful sunny days, but if the weather where you are doesn’t allow for dining alfresco this time of year, this look would be just as fresh and pretty inside.
I’ll be back Tuesday to share all the details of our traditional Valentines Day morning celebration with the kids.
XO-Laura
Love the tulips sitting in the copper tray. The whole table look is great.
Thank you sweet Gaydene!
