TARGET’S NEW FALL HOME DECOR
Target’s fall home decor items are out and so for me Target has become dangereous! You run in for deodorant and windex, and you come out with an ottoman and two vases. True story! That was what happened to me last week. Have you been to Target lately?
Last week if you caught my Instagram stories, I shared a few of my current favorites from Target. I took a poll and the majority of my Instagram friends thought it would be helpful if I rounded my favorites here on the blog. Today I’m sharing exactly that, I weeded through the endless options and picked the best of the best to share here.
It’s incredible how just a few inexpensive decor items can give a room new life. I like to carefully choose a few things for Fall to freshen up our home and at the end of the post I’ll share what I’ve chosen so far. If possible I would order one of each of the items below. 🙂
TRENDS I NOTICED
Berry and Jewel Toned Pillows-this is a great trend because it will take us right into Winter.
Lot’s of texture in pillows and blankets. Nothing says cozy like a chunky, soft blanket.
Wood and leather, lots of decor pieces with a wood base, or a leather strap.
MY FAVORITE TARGET FALL HOME DECOR PIECES
The top left corner is a carved wooden plant holder! So pretty! And that poof! How great would that basket look on a front door with some faux magnolia leaves?!
Major Target breakthrough, some of their pillows now have zippers! In fact these velvet ones have the prettiest exposed gold zippers
This row of pillows could take you right through Christmas.
They had the woven felt baskets last year, and I had wanted them then. Now they are back and I snagged two for our bookshelf.
You know by now, I have an absolute weakness for pillows. Just a few more that caught my eye.
WHAT I ACTUALLY WENT HOME WITH
While I wish I could have gotten one of everything, that’s not practical or affordable. So here is what I brought home… for now.
At first I wasn’t sure about the stripe on the ottoman, mixing with the pattern on the rug. After a few days of testing it out, the whole family is in agreement, we LOVE it! The mix of patterns brings some interest and for the price, if I tire of it, it would be easy to recover with another fabric.
Those are my favorite Fall decor items at Target, I’d love to hear if you’ve found a recent Target favorite. This week Target is offering an additional 15% off already marked down Furniture and Rugs with the code OCTOBER. So, if you’ve had your eye on something, now’s the time. I’ve been eyeing these nightstands.
Have a great day friends, meet you back HERE Thursday to share my One Room Challenge space.
