I’m thrilled to be joining my talented friends for a Favorite Christmas Desserts tour. Summer is our fabulous hostess with the mostest. You may have headed here from my friend Chloe’s blog. Welcome, I’m so glad you’re here! I have the most delicious dessert to share with you today. Be very careful, I’ve given this Salted Carmel Butter Bar recipe to several friends and each of them have described it as additive.
These bars are delicious, and quick to whip up. They will definitely be the hit of the cookie tray or bake sale. There aren’t too many ingredients to gather, and they are simple to make. My kids love helping me bake them and it’s always more fun when I can get them in the kitchen with me!
Every year we make baked goods for the neighbors on our street. I found some cute cookie boxes at Target and added an ornament. I plan on printing out the recipe and we will bake up a few batches to pass out to everyone this year.
We made them last week and had them for at brunch. Side note-for brunch I used this gorgeous wrapping paper as a table runner. These bars are so delicious you’ll want them for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Now on to another scruptious desert. Kara always has the most delicious and creative recipes You want want to miss her stop or any of the other ladies listed below. Enjoy, these yummy treats!
