PUMPKIN CRUNCH PIE
I have no doubt you are going to love this recipe. It’s a crowd pleaser, if you love pumpkin this will be your new favorite. If you aren’t a fan of pumpkin this could make you a believer. I have a friend who doensn’t care for pumpkin but loves this dessert.
The only adjustment I made to the above recipe was less butter. I only did 3/4 of a cup and it was plenty of butter. Pictured below is what your pie looks like before you put it in the oven. I didn’t drizzle the butter very evenly, but it turned out just fine.
You can make it a day ahead, just let it cool completely and then refridgerate.

I was actually suprised by the results. There are so people that have nut allergies that I wondered how many people are actually still eating nuts. Apparently quite a few 🙂
You can see below that I made it half and half. My kids prefer the pie without nuts and my husband and I prefer it with.
Next time you have a party to attend, volunteer to bring dessert and make this. I love that there is very few ingredients, so it’s cost effective, it takes 5 min to mix up, and it tastes delicious.
